Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to put it right.

Before you do anything — get in touch

Please email us at hello@seriouspleasure.co.uk before sending anything back. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll get back to you within 2 business days and, if your return is approved, we'll give you the address to send it to.


We're not able to accept returns that arrive without prior authorisation.

We accept returns in two situations:

1. Changed your mind?

No problem — as long as the item is completely unopened and in its original sealed packaging, exactly as it arrived, we'll accept it back. Because of the nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns where the shrink-wrap packaging has been opened or the seal broken, regardless of whether the item has actually been used. We hope you understand.


Please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Something not working?

All our products come with a one-year guarantee from the date of purchase. If yours develops a fault, we're sorry — and we'll make it right.

To help us assess the issue quickly, please send us a short video before returning anything. The video should show:

  • Inserting batteries or charging the product.
  • Powering the product on and off.
  • The fault occurring during normal use.

Once we've reviewed the footage and confirmed the fault, we'll authorise your return for a full refund or exchange.


Please note that if an item comes back to us and turns out to be in full working order, the return back to you would be at your cost.

Sending your return

Once your return is authorised, we'll send you the return address. Please use a tracked postal service and, ideally, one that covers the value of the goods — the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Return postage costs are yours to cover unless the product is faulty.

Your refund

Once your return arrives and we've had a chance to inspect it, we'll process your refund within 5 business days back to your original payment method. The original delivery charge isn't refundable, unless the item was faulty.
