Delivery Information

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of the contents.

We only deliver to UK postcodes.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1.30pm Monday to Friday the same day. Orders placed after 1.30pm, or over the weekend, will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery

We deliver via Evri Express, which arrives within 1–2 days including Saturdays. Delivery is free on orders over £40. For orders under £40, a flat delivery charge of £4.50 applies.

Please note that delivery to some remote areas — including parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, and certain Scottish island postcodes — may take an additional working day.

Delivery times

All delivery timescales are estimates. While we and our couriers do everything we can to meet them, we're unable to guarantee specific delivery dates. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, please get in touch and we'll look into it.
